Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions (For walk-in & online)
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Vouchers MUST be presented to the branch reception.
- Gift Voucher experience MUST be used before expiry date.
- Fee for extending the expiry date is £15 per voucher. Extension is valid for six months from expiry date.
Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions (For walk-in & online)
- One stamp per customer per day.
- One hour massage to earn one stamp.
- Rewards earned with stamps 10th.
- Rewards can claims either at the time or on subsequent visit.
- No cash alternative available.
- This loyalty card valid for 10 months after first stamp.
